BACKGROUND

Lemon and Lime Interiors is an award-winning national property home staging company with wide-ranging experience in giving potential buyers a memorable first impression. Owner Elaine Penhaul asked us to boost the firm’s media profile in national, consumer and trade publications and to increase its digital presence. 

APPROACH

Our campaign reached out to home sellers, developers and estate agents to highlight the huge advantages of home staging. Properties that are professionally presented sell on average eight per cent more than comparable homes.   

We drove tangible lead generation and backlinking by delivering regular, pinpointed coverage that directed interested audiences to the website. We reacted speedily to press requests supporting seasonal trends, interior and property statistics, and valuable tips and tricks on how to sell a home.  

RESULTS

Working closely with the Lemon and Lime team for three years has brought outstanding results. During the first six months of 2022, we achieved a staggering audience reach of 1.3 billion readers. We also helped Elaine to become an Amazon best-seller with her book ‘Selling High, Selling Fast’ using PR alongside a paid advertising approach. The firm has featured in top-tier publications, including House Beautiful, Real Homes, Country Living and Ideal Home.
