North Notts BID
BACKGROUND
Events play a vital part in elevating the business experience in Bassetlaw, delivered by business improvement district North Notts BID. The organisation aims to celebrate how the district is a destination of choice for businesses in the entertainment and hospitality industry to showcase their offerings.
In 2023, we were tasked with promoting the success of the BID’s marquee events; North Notts Food Fest, Party in the Square and Christmas light switch-ons in Worksop and Retford.
The videos aim to recap the festivities and share the importance of each event for businesses in the district.
APPROACH
Working with our videographers, we planned three videos to encapsulate the experience of attending these events, including a mix of interviews with the event organisers and headliners.
We meticulously storyboarded the video contents, including the types of shots and key points of discussions in the interviews, which the videography team were able to follow during the filming days. Once the footage was captured, we supported the editing process to ensure the content produced was reflective of the BID’s key messaging and branding.
RESULTS
In partnership with our videographers, we helped to produce three event videos for the North Notts Food Fest, Party in the Square, and the Christmas light switch-ons.
Each video could then be shared to the BID’s social media platforms suitable for uploading to its website. The videos will also support the BID in promoting future events and attracting businesses to take part.
