BACKGROUND
Nutrivitality is one of the UK’s largest liquid vitamin providers and was created to help people better absorb vitamins and nutrients to get the most out of their supplement product.
Nutrivitality was born out of a family illness, which led them to question the products currently on the market. Its innovative supplements take the form of a liquid and use liposomal technology for on-the-go administration and higher efficacy levels. With it being a liquid format, its products are more easily absorbed into the bloodstream without getting broken down in the stomach.
Our goal was to speedily increase website visibility and brand awareness, drive on-page traffic and ultimately improve conversions via optimised content and design.
APPROACH
We conducted extensive keyword research to underpin our digital strategy and identified a number of missed opportunities for targeting symptom-based searches. We started to draft copy and build landing pages for ‘vitamins for anxiety’, ‘vitamins for stress’, ‘vitamins for sleep’, ‘sexual wellness’ and ‘vitamins for muscle growth’.
We optimised products and existing blogs by adding additional keywords and frequently asked questions, answering as many related queries as possible to improve rankings.
We reviewed the UX of the site, conducted a thorough SEO audit which analysed competitors and identified gaps for improvement. Alongside this, we monitored user journeys via heatmapping analysis to review where conversions could be improved. We made recommendations on how to improve the UX for both desktop and mobile.
RESULTS
Several symptom-based keywords climb a number of positions in Google, and are now on the first page of Google including ‘liquid ashwagandha’, ‘vitamins for sex drive’ and ‘vitamins for stress’. As a result of this, website sessions dramatically increased and saw over 70% of all traffic coming from organic search, compared to 40% in June 2023.
Over the last six months, we have seen 2.09M impressions and 20.7K clicks, along with blogs being displayed in featured snippets. Nutrivitality’s domain authority has increased from 17 to 23, as a result of over 2,300 backlinks. Keywords in position 1-5 have also increased to 213, compared to 78 in June.
