BACKGROUND
QuikSTATS is an underground utility mapping service designed to aid businesses such as National Highways in identifying the safest spots for excavation, thereby minimising costs and preventing injuries.
Launched in 2021, QuikSTATS has quickly established itself as a quick and user-friendly service, delivering more than 230,000 comprehensive underground utility packs for various highway and utility projects across the UK.
APPROACH
QuikSTATS, as a new brand without any initial social media presence or website, required a strategic and comprehensive approach to organic social media to establish its identity and reach its target audience.
We began by creating organic social posts that introduced QuikSTATS, clearly explaining the company, what it does, and how its services work. This content strategy included a mix of static posts, carousels, LinkedIn articles, and videos, ensuring a diverse range of content to engage and inform our audience.
RESULTS
By providing a variety of content formats, we were able to effectively communicate the value and benefits of QuikSTATS, thereby building trust and credibility. As a result, the QuikSTATS profile started to grow, attracting followers and generating positive reactions from both industry professionals and potential clients.
QuikSTATS received a 403% increase in followers within three months, an engagement rate of 10%, compared to the platform average of 3.8%, and obtained a 5.17% average click through rate.
To ensure consistency and recognisability, we incorporated QuikSTATS’ branding colors, messaging, and tone of voice across all posts. This cohesive approach helped to create a strong and unified brand image.
