BACKGROUND

Seasonal Spuds is a nationwide campaign to educate customers on the nutritional qualities and the adaptable and efficient useability of potatoes within everyday recipes. It is the consumer arm of Branston, the UK’s largest fresh potato supplier which supply retail and wholesale markets. It grows its own high-quality product and partner with some of the country’s biggest suppliers to deliver exceptional produce.  

APPROACH

We have worked with a strategic selection of recipe developers and influencers to promote the seasonality of potatoes via a multitude of activity across social media reels and story content, infographics and website recipes to coincide with our targeted PR campaigns to highlight prime potato seasons and boost sales.  

RESULTS

We have secured our largest audience reach to date for the client, with coverage achieved in national print and online titles every month. We have captured a new audience on social media, working on seven successful campaigns with leading influencers on recipes, energy saving tips and dietary-friendly needs – highlighting more areas of expertise for Branston.
