BACKGROUND
In preparation for its first ever employee engagement day, Sustainable Building Services (UK) Ltd (SBS) wanted a visually engaging package of videos to complement the agenda and showcase its impactful retrofit decarbonisation work. Using our videography skills, planning and execution needed to commence and turnaround quickly.
APPROACH
In less than one month, three videos were produced in relation to sessions planned for the employee engagement day. Eight filming locations across the Midlands and North West were used, more than 15 staff contributed by being interviewed, and three clients and residents of their homes were involved.
This resulted in three videos that were shown for the first time to staff on the day, and later used to support bids. The volume of video footage obtained also led to a further video package being planned for use across SBS’ various online channels.
RESULTS
The videos produced very positive feedback from the 100+ staff involved in the employee engagement day, both in-person on the day and in the days after the event on social media. The raw footage has also gone on to produce almost 60 short videos for use across social media, recruitment and marketing material, and for bids and award entries.
