FULL-SERVICE marketing agency Cartwright Communications has continued its significant growth with a string of promotions at its Nottingham office.
Manuela Holmes has been promoted to associate director in recognition of her increasing role as part of the senior leadership team. After six years with the company, Manuela’s role has grown significantly in that time.
Scott Giles has been promoted to senior account manager, while Kali Dennett and Matt Santos have both moved up to account manager roles as part of a dedicated mentoring and training programme to support their continued development.
The promotions further enhance Cartwright’s multi-channel marketing support for clients across property and construction, building products, professional services, food and drink, retail and healthcare.
Manuela said: “During the last six years, I have been able to develop my skills and shape my role thanks to the flexibility and support from Liz and the senior team. I am very excited to take this next step in my career at Cartwright.”
Scott said: “Having been at Cartwright for just less than two years, I’ve been able to make tremendous developments as an account manager and take more responsibility for the day-to-day running of accounts across a range of sectors.
“Cartwright is committed to strengthening its team through a comprehensive personal development programme and a culture that inspires everyone to be the best that they can. As a senior account manager, I’m looking forward to continuing my responsibilities managing our existing client base while dedicating more time to networking and helping to grow the business further.”
Kali said: “Starting at Cartwright after completing a digital marketing apprenticeship and amassing agency experience, the business has been a huge enabler in the next phase of my career. Through providing opportunities to hone my skills and develop new ones, I’ve been able to expand my expertise across PR, marketing and digital services. Despite not coming from a traditional university background, I’ve always felt championed by the team to succeed, which has been significant to my growth here.”
In addition, Lucy Torr and Dominic Smith have been promoted to account executives after joining the agency following graduation as junior account executives.
Annie Brafield, company director at Cartwright Communications, said: “Investing in our team and supporting them to progress – whatever that looks like to them – is a key part of our people strategy that we have rolled out over the last 12 months, so it has been fantastic to be able to make this raft of promotions within our PR team. We are hugely proud of our talented team of experts and we’re excited to see them push forwards and further develop their careers at Cartwright.”
Alongside the launch of offices in both Birmingham and London during the past 18 months, the agency has also successfully launched a number of new service lines and now boasts a 30-strong team of PR, digital, social media, brand and marketing experts.
Cartwright Communications is Great Place to Work certified and was recently named as the 24th best small business in the UK for wellbeing.
